Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days. Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days, while international orders may take 10–20 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Can’t find it? Check your spam or reach out to us directly.
I made a mistake in my shipping address — can I update it?
Please email us at support@godsgotme.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order is in production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Are your products unisex?
Yes — all of our tees, hoodies, and crewnecks are designed to be unisex with an oversized, relaxed fit. Always check the size guide on each product page.
How do I find the right size?
We include a size chart on each product page to help you find your ideal fit. If you prefer a snug fit, consider sizing down.
Will you offer kids or extended sizes?
Yes! We currently offer Kids Tees in Light Pink and Light Blue. We’re working on expanding size availability — stay tuned via our email list.

Because each item is made to order, we currently do not offer returns or refunds unless your product arrives damaged or defective.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re so sorry! Email us at support@godsgotme.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We don’t offer automatic exchanges due to our made-to-order model. Please double-check sizing before placing your order. If unsure, reach out — we’re happy to help.
